She wanted both lids addressed together for a balanced result, not a piecemeal one. We planned a combined eyelid surgery in a single stage.
Surgeon's Expert Approach
Three pillars shaped our surgical strategy: lift the upper-lid weight, smooth the lower lid, and keep the two in balance.
- Upper and lower lid refinement: We removed the upper hooding and sculpted the crease, then repositioned the herniated lower fat pads and tightened lower-lid skin conservatively, balancing both lids.
- endoscopic temporal brow lift assessed: We confirmed brow position was stable, so the heaviness was eyelid skin alone and a brow lift was not required.
