Surgeon's Expert Approach
Two principles guided the surgical plan: straighten the bridge to suit a petite face, and lift the tip just enough for balance.

- Tip rotation and supratip break: We rotated the tip upward to create a youthful supratip break, correcting the droop and blending the nose with her other features.
