Your 6-Step AKM Clinic Journey: A Step-by-Step Guide
We’ve refined our process for Canadian patients to be transparent and supportive. Your dedicated patient host is your single point of contact, guiding you personally through every stage.
Your journey begins at home. You'll schedule a no obligation video call with your patient host and our medical team. In this call you can share your goals, ask questions, and upload your photos. We then
build your personalized treatment plan and provide a fully transparent, all-inclusive quote in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Once you're ready to proceed, you'll secure your surgery date. From this moment, your patient host handles everything: we book your five-star hotel from our partner list, schedule your private airport transfers, and confirm all your clinic appointments. The only thing you manage is your flight.
Upon landing at Istanbul (IST or SAW), your personal driver will be waiting at the arrivals gate, holding a sign with your name. No taxis, no navigation — you'll be escorted to your private vehicle and taken directly to your five-star hotel to check in and rest.
Your host arranges your transfer from the hotel to our clinic. Here you'll meet your surgeon in person for your final, detailed consultation. We conduct your pre-operative tests (such as blood work) and, using 3D simulation, confirm your aesthetic goals. Your procedure is then performed in our state-of-the-art facility.
Following your procedure, our medical team monitors you closely, and your patient host is available 24/7 via WhatsApp for any needs. We provide all necessary post-operative medications, garments, and detailed care instructions. Before you leave, you'll have a final in-person check-up with your surgeon to confirm your recovery is progressing well and that you're cleared to fly.
Our care doesn't end when you fly home. We're committed to your long-term results. Your patient host schedules regular virtual follow-up appointments (at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year) so your surgeon can monitor your healing progress and answer any questions — from the comfort of your home in Canada.
