- Deep plane mid-face repositioning: Below the SMAS, we released the retaining ligaments and lifted the fallen cheek fat pads vertically, volumizing the cheeks and smoothing the nasolabial folds without skin tension.
- deep-neck contouring procedure for the lines: We tightened the deep neck and platysma to soften the horizontal lines and correct the early vertical banding that had aged her profile.
