The Patient's Goals
Fullness over the upper arms and axilla had given this 44-year-old international patient a heavy line in sleeveless and fitted tops, despite an active routine. The fat sat over the triceps region and near the armpit, the localized deposits that contouring, not weight loss, addresses, a concern Canadian patients of the same age often raise. We planned an ultrasound-assisted VASER of the arms alone, with no skin excision.
Surgeon's Expert Approach
