Like many younger Canadian patients with strong skin tone, this 25-year-old from Toronto wanted upper-pole fullness rather than a lift. Her frame was petite and her tissue elastic, so the aim was added projection with a defined, proportional cleavage line. - combined lift and implant surgery ruled out: Because her tissue position was already favourable, we confirmed a formal mastopexy was unnecessary and reached the lifted look through implant choice alone.
- post-operative recovery suite: She completed recovery with HBOT and LLLT to limit inflammation and help the implants settle into a smooth upper-breast curve.
