This deep plane facelift before after 49 case centred on facial fatigue, not alteration. The pattern was familiar to many Canadian women: upper-lid heaviness, under-eye bags, and softening along the jawline made the face appear more tired than the patient felt. - Deep tissue repositioning: We worked through the SMAS-platysma layer and retaining ligaments to restore support at depth, rather than relying on surface tension alone.
- HBOT and LLLT recovery protocol: After surgery, the patient completed our recovery pathway using HBOT and LLLT to support swelling control, tissue oxygenation, and early healing during the first post-operative week.
