Discretion shaped his operation as much as contour did:
- Periareolar access: the gland removed through an incision hidden along the lower edge of the areola — the scar sits inside a natural colour transition and becomes very difficult to find once healed.
- Vaser refinement: ultrasound-assisted liposuction contoured the surrounding fat, sharpening the lower pectoral line for a naturally athletic finish.
- Proportion first: at his age the goal was a chest that disappears into normality — flat, defined, unremarkable in a t-shirt.
