- Endoscopic brow lift: through small incisions hidden in the hairline, the descended brow was returned to its natural height — un-burying the upper lids without removing a millimetre of eyelid skin.
- Deep plane facelift: the mid-face structure repositioned beneath, lifting the descent that had been dragging her expression downward.
- Balance by design: correcting the lower face alone would have left a tired upper third on a refreshed base — the mismatch this combination exists to prevent.
