For this patient, addressing the lower face alone would have created an imbalance. The surgical team identified that the “tiredness” was primarily driven by the descent of the brow and the mid-face volume.

To achieve this harmonious 2-week result, a dual-procedure approach was employed:

1. Endoscopic Brow Lift: Instead of removing eyelid skin (which wouldn’t have solved the root cause), the surgeon performed a minimally invasive Endoscopic Brow Lift.
